It makes me sad for Cat too, because when is she ever going to have such a worthy sparring partner ever again? :( Of course I get how she would react to such a betrayal-- but just how happy was she when she was giving him back his horse earlier? Like the way she was dressed, her perfect hair-- she practically glowed. And then she started speeching about how this was to reward his continued loyalty and it was all RED FLAG OF DOOMMMMMM

Yeah, still not feeling the Lorcisse enough to get how Cissy would make such a ridonkulous misstep. You've been on two dates, where most of the time she's telling you "I don't like you" and that she expects you to be a better person than you actually are.
