wheatear already put this up this morning but I need a copy on my DW too! WHO ELSE IS TOTALLY HYPED ABOUT THIS?! REEVE IS EVEN IN THIS TRAILER! He wasn't in a single cutscene in the original! I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY PUT THE HONEYBEE SCENE IN THE TRAILER. :DDDD And Hojo is perfectly creepy and Scarlet delightfully OTT and Palmer actually talks about butter. The only thing missing was Rufus.

IMO Miss Cloud totally didn't deserve to win with this effort but hopefully we can make him even prettier in actual gameplay!

Third: GUESS WHO FINALLY REINSTALLED PHOTOSHOP. :D I guess I just needed a big enough carrot! GIF Icons are all sized for DW (less than 60k). Stills will work on both LJ and DW. If you have requests, let me know!

That is the slickest of trailers! OMG! I wants it and I wants it right now. I'm going to take days off work so I can just sit around at home and immediately play this, because I'm an adult and I can totally do that.

The little flame on Red's tail! And they've definitely done some good work on the HoneyBee. Oh geeze, I hope it's good.

I mean, part of me is giving a cynical sideeye about this only being part 1 so they can milk the most money out of it, but whatever. I did spend forever on Disc 1 of the original, so I'm sure this will be similarly entertaining and also so beautiful that my soul will do little sighs of bliss during the cutscenes.

I know! I need to get a PS4! They were on sale for a couple weeks around Christmas and I am still bummed I didn't manage to snag one at sale price. (Limited quantities. Boo.)

I think FFVII has been my truly forever fandom- I wrote my first longfic for it in 2008 and I maxed out the timer on one of my game saves. I'm thrilled others are into it though- my only fandom friend still around from way back then is wheatear. :D
