I don't know! I would assume so just from how she's been mentioned EVERY SINGLE EP- they reaaallly did not want the audience to forget her. But going off twitter/IG, Danielle Campbell was definitely in London during the filming of 4x13 (and was not in any wrap party photos) so her SL (and likely Kol's) will probably be wrapped up by 4x12.
